Storage in log files takes place in order to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data helps us optimize the website and ensure the security of our information technology systems. The data is not evaluated for marketing purposes in this context.

These purposes also constitute our legitimate interest in data processing pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The user's IP address is used briefly to determine rough geolocation and, on that basis, to automatically deliver the appropriate language version.

When you access the website, your technical access data (such as your IP address) is transferred to servers in Ukraine. Ukraine is a third country within the meaning of the GDPR for which there is currently no adequacy decision by the European Commission. The provider processes data in accordance with the Ukrainian Data Protection Act (Law No. 2297-VI), which has ratified European Data Protection Convention 108. The processing pursuant to Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR is technically necessary in order to display this website to you upon your explicit request.

4. Duration of storage

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. Where the data is collected to provide the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.

Where the data is stored in log files, deletion takes place after no more than six months.

5. Possibility of objection and removal

The collection of data for providing the website and its storage in log files is strictly necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, the user has no right to object.

This website does not use any cookies.
